My name is Hayden Beau Lovett, and I am honored to be a candidate for Georgia SkillsUSA Postsecondary State Parliamentarian.

SkillsUSA has transformed my life by providing opportunities to compete, lead, serve, and grow both personally and professionally. Through every competition, conference, leadership experience, and challenge, I have discovered that true leadership is not about holding a title—it is about serving others, building relationships, and leaving an organization stronger than you found it.

As a National SkillsUSA competitor, chapter president, competitor, judge, and future voting delegate, I have experienced SkillsUSA from many different perspectives. Each role has strengthened my understanding of what it means to be a servant leader and reinforced my commitment to helping every member succeed.

My campaign is built around this year's national SkillsUSA theme:

To me, LEVEL UP means continually striving to become a better leader, better teammate, better competitor, and better representative of our organization. It means challenging ourselves to pursue excellence, creating opportunities for others, and ensuring every member has the support they need to achieve their goals.

If elected, I will work to strengthen communication, encourage leadership development, promote technical excellence, and advocate for every postsecondary member across Georgia.

Leadership begins with showing up, listening, and serving. That is the standard I have set for myself, and it is the standard I will continue to uphold throughout this campaign and beyond.
